Aperol Spritz
James and I first sipped Veniziana spritz beside a canal in Venice, watching the gondolas go by. Later, we sat on a busy Parisian boulevard, listening to the bustle of the streets. So, for us, this is a taste of Europe.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Aperol, chilled
- ¾ cup Prosecco (cheap, sweet prosecco)
- Splash of sparkling water
- Orange, thinly sliced
Method

Put the Aperol and prosecco into the glass. Fill with ice.

Add a splash of sparkling water and garnish with orange slices.
